FAQ's When are our Auctions Held? Household Furniture - Our auctions are held every Sunday at 11:00am. Inspection is from 9am on the day of the sale. The only change to this schedule would be a long weekend, at which time the sale may be pushed back a day to the Monday. However please check with our office on 83992844 Where do the goods come from? We consign a very wide variety of products from a wide variety of vendors including importers, wholesalers, manufacturers and some retailers. Stock may be superseded, ex demonstration stock, cancelled orders, slightly damaged returns, even A1 stock but needing a facility to sell. Goods include: Full leather lounges, fabric suites, bed and bedroom furniture, occasional & dining furniture, electricals and more. Do Goods have a Reserve Price? Some goods have reserves, some goods have estimates or guide prices. Some goods are totally unresearved. However, all reserve or guide prices are negotiated by us before we accept any goods into our rooms. Therefore any goods with a reserve or price guide that we consider too high, or we feel will not meet our market are not accepted. How much is Delivery? This will depend on what you buy and where you live. We have a recommended carrier in attendance on the day who can assist you with any quotations or information. However it is up to the purchaser to collect their goods. This is my first time at an Auction, what do I do? Lots of customers come recommended by a friend or someone they know. These customers may not have realised that the goods we sell can be purchased at an auction, therefore it may be their first time. Can I buy without going to the auction? If you have missed our auction sale don't dispair! You can come into our premises on the Monday or Tuesday after the sale and purchase some goods not sold at a price agreed on between us and yourself. |
