HOW IT WORKS & BUYERS INFO - HOURS -Our office hours are frome 830am to 4.30pm Monday to Friday.
- REGISTRATION -If you wish to participate at our auction sale you will need to be registered. A registration card can be obtained from the office and needs to be filled out with all your details and signed in agreement with our terms and conditions.
- BIDDING -Should you make a successful bid, please hold up your bidder card for the auctioneer or the auctioneer's clerk to see. This will be registered in our sale book and entered into our computer. An invoice will be raised and can be paid on completion of the auction sale.
- PAYMENT -All goods must be paid for within 48 hours payment can be made by cash, bank cheque, eftpos is available. We also take all major credit cards (we do not accept Amex, or diners) Note if you wish to use credit cards a 3% administration fee will be added to the total of the invoice.
- DEPOSITS -20% deposit of the purchase price is required on the day of sale.
- ABSENTEE BIDS -If you can't hang around for your lot to come up you can leave an absentee bid and we'll do it for you. Absentee form are available at office.
- PICK UP OF GOODS -All goods need to be collected within 48 hours after the sale.Unless you have made alternative arrangements with management.
- CARRIER -A carrier is in attendance at every sale. We recommend a variety of different carriers who you can contact either prior to purchasing for a quote or on the day of the sale.

| | EASY Fill out bottom section of buyers card obtained at registration desk Present this to staff at the office and you will receive your bidder number. Catologues (list of goods being offered that day) can also be purchased at the office. Any enquiries may be directed to any of the staff involved in the auction. |
| All goods are available for your thorough inspection from 9AM Prior to start of the auction, ( EVERY SUNDAY ) day of sale. |

| When your lot comes up indicate to the auctioneer or to a D&D Auction staff member that you wish to be included in the bidding. |
